		<description>The real problem with this kind of marketing tripe is that buyers are entitled to expect that whatever you show them therein which is Architectural is &quot;what they can expect to have bought&quot;.  It&#039;s why I resist requests to write the horrid prose when asked, and even try to not give them simplified versions of unit plans that they poche and print in the print advertising.

SOMEone, SOMEday, will put a developer on the hook for, say, not providing them with the oddly MILF-like brunette with the perky ta-tas in the ad.</description>

the subway lines for stops on spittelmark and hausvogteiplatz (U2) are running from prenzlauer berg to charlottenburg, while the Moritzplatz stop runs from reinickendorf / wedding to neukölln. two completly different kinds of neighborhoods.

anyway have you seen the little presentation room for fellini residences on the corner to beuthstraße, that was built last month and looks like a café?</description>
